Wild Side - Cake

This is one of my all-time favorite cakes! I saw it first on an episode of "Rich Bride Poor Bride"

This is probably one of the coolest cakes I've ever seen!

Wild Side - Centerpieces

I want the tables to be very simple because the real wow factor comes from the venue itself.

Wild Side - Bridal

Alfred Angelo Style 848

I didn't want a dress that was ridiculous just because I was getting married at a zoo... but I wanted to look for something beyond basic white.

Wild Side - Bridesmaids

Each of Amber’s five bridesmaids wore a tea-length dress made from chocolate-and-ivory paisley fabric, tied with a lemon-hued linen sash. Chocolate suede peep-toe wedges completed their look.

I love these dresses even though I have not idea where they came from. I would however pick a green sash instead of the yellow one.

I think the orange tulips look like little pumpkins!

Wild Side - Location

Roger Williams Park Zoo offers a unique and lush atmosphere for any event or outing! Where else can you and your guests mingle, dine and stroll among exotic animals like giraffes, elephants, moon bears, snow leopards and penguins? Whether you're planning an event for 10 or 5,000, the Zoo is an ideal location for a memorable experience or special occasion, including:

- Corporate outings, events & meetings
- Bridal or baby showers
- Engagement or anniversary parties
- Senior tours
- Birthday parties (for kids AND adults!)

Jambo Junction
Located among our Fabric of Africa exhibits and directly adjacent to the elephants and giraffes, our recently refurbished Jambo Junction offers tented seating overlooking our wetlands lake. This venue is available after the Zoo closes to the public at 4 p.m. and can accomodate up to 2,000 guests.
