Buffet space at Rix Lounge

I'm just not a sit down, multiple-course-dinner kind of girl; I'd rather have some amazing food buffet style. I know a lot of people don't like buffets because the quality of food can be questionable and really boring, but I think it can be done perfectly if you can get exactly what you want.

Since this is my 'fantasy' wedding I'd like to go all out and have a burrito station:

and a quesadilla station:

Because really if you're going to be paying to feed people you should make sure you like the food!
